At Nolia Skin, we are committed to delivering your favorite skincare products promptly and securely. Below you’ll find our shipping policy, including processing times, shipping options, and general information.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing.
- Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Options and Delivery Times
We only offer Standard Shipping:

- Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days.
- A flat fee of 120.00 ZAR for orders locally (Cape Town)
- A flat fee of 140.00 ZAR for orders Nationally, Johannesburg. Please note prices may change without notice.

International Shipping
- We unfortunately don't ship internationally; however special arrangement can be made.
- International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties required by their country.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
- You can also log into your Nolia Skin account to check the status of your order.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted areas.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Support team at info@noliaskincare.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
